Star Trek was surprisingly good. Agreed I have never seen the original Star Trek but this JJ Abrams directed flick kept me glued till the very end. Beautiful direction and crisp writing gives this movie a huge boost. Cynics and the die hard fans of the original may have their set of complaints but if one goes with no prior knowledge or expectation one thoroughly enjoys this one.
